Tuesday, June 24, 2008
at 8:00 AM sharp on the
Banks Course at Forsgate!

A continental breakfast will be available from
7:00 AM through 7:45 AM.

The Tournament will feature a
“ Team Scramble” Format.

IMPORTANT—FORSGATE DRESS CODE

Proper golf attire must be worn AT ALL TIMES on the
golf course and practice facility. PROPER attire includes
shoes for golf with soft spikes or sneakers; slacks, pants, and
Bermuda-length shorts; and collared golf shirts, including
mocks, tucked in at all times.

IMPROPER attire includes denims or jeans, gym shorts,
T-shirts, swimwear, pool wear, cargo pants, cargo shorts or
shorts that go below the knee, sandals or dress shoes.
